How does R’SeQ Works ?

SOLVE YOUR PROBLEMS WITH R’SeQ before it’s too late !!

A house is a shelter that provides us the security and protection against inclement weather. In order to enhance the security against burglars in particular, houses nowadays are secured with alarm systems. However, most house owners have overlooked that ROOF IS THE WEAK LINK IN ANY CHAIN OF SECURITY.

Although the loft area can be alarmed using movement sensors, but the accidental triggers of the alarm system are often false alarms that can be quite annoying and disturbing especially to the neighbours.

Recent reports show that break ins or forced entries through the roof have increased. All tiled roof are simple to dismantle, often with the tip of a steel toe cap to push the tiles up, lift out few pieces of roof tiles, break a timber batten and you are there on the loft / top of the ceiling. Access to the rest of the house is easy vide a boot through the ceiling.

To make a tiled roof secure is a matter of slowing down the burglar or make it more troublesome or time consuming and noisy for break in to take place.

R’SeQ Roof Security Systems are designed to give extra protection in the following ways

1. Zinc System
Roof tiles and timber battens will be removed and thereafter, zinc sheets are fixed on roof truss. Timber battens will be re-installed and roof tiles lay back to the original positions.

The zinc sheet could be treated as an additional roof below the existing roof and will be able to solve roof leakages if any, as rain water will fall on the zinc sheet which were laid up to roof eave and roof gutters.

2. Wood System
Roof tiles will be removed and additional timber battens shall be fixed between the existing timber battens to narrow the space smaller than body size to disable accessibility.

Alternatively, timber battens could be fixed below rafters or board the roof with plywood either on top of rafter or below rafter

3. Metal stud channel System
Roof tiles will be removed and metal studs channel shall be fixed between the existing timber battens to narrow the space smaller than body size to disable accessibility.

4. Wood And Zinc System
This is the combination of both zinc and wood system. In this system the roof is unaccessible despite the zinc sheet is being cut and the intruders are unable to saw the timber battens since the movement of handsaw is blocked by the zinc sheet

5. Metal stud channel And Zinc System
This system is the combination of both metal stud channel and zinc system.
